 The Secrets of Writing in Silent Moments

In the quiet of the night, when all sounds around us fade and the darkness of night envelops us, when eyes close and bodies succumb to exhaustion, the pen begins to move without resistance or planning, as if carrying secrets that dare not be spoken in daylight. These moments are what I seek each time I pick up my pen and begin to write. Words that come at night have a different essence; they are free, honest, profound, and unafraid to reveal every corner of the soul.

It’s not easy to put our thoughts and emotions on paper , they’re often complex, tangled, or even beyond words. Yet, despite the struggles, I find myself returning to writing, again and again, as if there is no refuge but to write. Writing grants me the ability to express the deepest parts of myself. Between pain and joy, despair and hope, and love, our stories and words take shape.

Sometimes, writing is the only way for me to understand the contradictions that sweep through our lives, attempting to find a deeper meaning. Do you have certain moments when writing feels truer than at other times?

أسرار الكتابة في لحظات السكون

في هدوء الليل، حين تسكن الأصوات من حولنا، ويغشانا ظلام الليل الدامس ، حين تغلق الاعين وتخر الابدان تعبى ، يبدأ القلم بالتحرك بلا مقاومة واي تخطيط ، كأنه يحمل أسرارًا لا تُقال في ضوء النهار. تلك اللحظات هي ما أبحث عنه في كل مرة أمسك فيها بقلمي وأبدأ في الكتابة. فالكلمات التي تأتي ليلاً تحمل طابعًا مختلفًا؛ فهي حرة، صادقة، عميقة ولا تخشى أن تكشف عن كل جوانب الروح.

ليس من السهل أن نضع أفكارنا ومشاعرنا على الورق، فغالبًا ما تكون معقدة ومتشابكة او حتى لا تحمل كلمة ان تصفها. ومع ذلك ورغم ما الاقي واقاسي أجد نفسي أعود للكتابة، مرة تلو الأخرى تلو الاخرى تلو الاخرى وكانت لا مأب لي سوى ان اكتب ، ليس ذلك وحسب بل لأنها تمنحني القدرة على التعبير عن أعمق أجزاء النفس. بين الألم والسعادة، اليأس والأمل والحب ، تتشكل قصصنا وكلماتنا.

أحيانًا، تكون الكتابة بالنسبة لي هي الطريقة الوحيدة لفهم تلك التناقضات التي تجتاح حياتنا، ومحاولة العثور على معنى أعمق. هل لديك لحظات معينة تشعر فيها أن الكتابة تأتيك بصدق أكثر من غيرها؟

التغلب على رهبة الصفحة البيضاء: عندما تصبح الكلمات صعبة

صاحب الخط يعرف الشعور الذي ينتابنا عند مواجهة صفحة بيضاء، تلك اللحظة التي تزدحم فيها الأفكار لكن لا شيء يُكتب ، كثير من المشاعر الهائجة والتي تختلط حين لحظة دون ان تمتلك المقدرة على تجسيد احدها في كلمة . أحيانًا، تكون رهبة البداية هي أكبر عائق أمام التعبير عن أنفسنا. هذه الرهبة قد تجعلنا نشعر أننا بعيدون عن الإبداع ، يقال ان البدايات دائمة رائعة لكن لا احد سوى الاديب يعلم ان بداية الكلمة التي توضع اعلى صفحة بيضاء خالية هي اصعب بداية يلاقيها قط .

الحقيقة هي أن الكتابة ليست مجرد كلمات تُسطر، بل هي رحلة تبدأ بخطوة واحدة، حتى لو كانت بسيطة. في بعض الأحيان، أفضل بداية هي الكتابة عما نشعر به في تلك اللحظة، دون ضغط أو قيود ، عقبة اخرى قد يلاقيها كاتب اخر غيري ، حين تهيء نفسك للنوم وتتهاوى على السرير بعد تفكير وصراع عقلي دام لساعات حينها وعندما تغلق عيناك حينها ياتيك وحي من حيث لا تدري ، حين تكون طاقتك مستنزفة ولا تقوى على تحريك اصبع تتدفق الكلمات و القوافي وما اشعره من شعور قد يصيب متلاعب الكلمات . لكن دونما كل ذلك فان الصفحة البيضاء قد تكون مرعبة . 

أنصح نفسي دائمًا بالتذكر: كل كلمة أكتبها تُقرّبني خطوة إلى ما أريد التعبير عنه. ولعل هذه الرحلة، بما تحمله من تحديات، هي التي تجعل من كل صفحة نملؤها عالماً يستحق الاكتشاف .

Overcoming the Fear of the Blank Page: When Words Become Difficult

Every writer knows the feeling when faced with a blank page moments where thoughts rush in, yet nothing can be written. The whirlwind of emotions becomes entangled, and finding the right words to capture even one feeling seems elusive. Sometimes, the fear of beginning is the greatest obstacle to self-expression, and this fear can make creativity feel distant. It’s often said that beginnings are beautiful, but only a writer truly knows that placing the very first word on an empty page can be the hardest beginning.

The truth is, writing isn’t just words on paper; it’s a journey that starts with a single step, no matter how small. At times, the best way to begin is by writing exactly what we feel in that moment, without pressure or restriction. Another challenge that a writer might face one,  I know well , is when, after hours of mental struggle, you lie down, exhausted, and close your eyes, only for inspiration to flood your mind out of nowhere. In those drained moments, words and rhymes flow effortlessly, yet it’s when you lack the energy to even move a finger. But all of this aside, the blank page itself can still feel intimidating.

I remind myself to remember: each word I write brings me one step closer to expressing what I truly feel. And perhaps this journey, with all its challenges, is what makes every filled page a world worth discovering.

 Writing as a Mirror for Self-Discovery: Do We Find Ourselves in Our Fictional Characters?

Every time I create a new character, I find myself facing an old question: Is this character a part of me? Does it represent a hidden aspect of myself that I hadn’t recognized before?

Each character I write is a unique journey. Sometimes, the story becomes a way to express feelings I couldn’t convey in real life. It’s a space where I can ask the big questions and challenge myself. And as I explore new dimensions in a fictional character, I discover new dimensions within myself.

The process of creating and developing characters isn’t just about imagination. Often, it’s a reflection of our inner conflicts, joys, and sorrows. And when these characters resonate with the heart of the reader, I feel that I’m writing not only for myself but also for anyone searching for themselves within the lines.

لالكتابة كمرآة لاكتشاف الذات: هل نجد أنفسنا في شخصياتنا الخيالية؟

في كل مرة أبتكر شخصية جديدة، أجد نفسي أواجه سؤالًا قديمًا: هل هذه الشخصية هي جزء مني؟ هل هي تمثل جانبًا خفيًا لم أكن أدركه من قبل؟

كل شخصية أكتبها تكون رحلة فريدة. أحيانًا تكون القصة هي الوسيلة التي أعبّر بها عن مشاعر لم أستطع التعبير عنها في الواقع. إنها المساحة التي أستطيع فيها طرح الأسئلة الكبرى وتحدي نفسي. وعندما أكتشف أبعادًا جديدة في شخصية خيالية، أكتشف أبعادًا جديدة في ذاتي.

إن عملية ابتكار الشخصيات وتطورها ليست مجرد خيال، بل هي أحيانًا انعكاس لصراعاتنا الداخلية، لأفراحنا وأحزاننا. وعندما تلامس هذه الشخصيات قلب القارئ، أشعر أنني لم أكن أكتب من أجلي فقط، بل من أجل كل من يبحث عن ذاته بين السطور.

هل تساءلت يومًا عن مدى قربك من شخصياتك الخيالية؟ وهل وجدت جزءًا منك في قصة قرأتها من قبل؟!

رحلة

 

 لمعظم الاشخاص قد يبدو القلم أداة بسيطة، لكنه في الحقيقة يحمل داخله عوالم كاملة من المشاعر والأفكار. في كل مرة أكتب، أجد نفسي أسافر داخل أعماقي، بين زوايا لم أكن أدرك وجودها. الكتابة ليست فقط كلمات تُكتب على الورق؛ بل هي انعكاس للصراعات الداخلية، لكل اللحظات التي نحاول فهمها وإيجاد معانيها.

أحيانًا، تكون الأفكار كالأمواج، تتراكم وتندفع في عقلي بلا توقف، وأجدني في صراع بين التعبير عما أشعر به وبين البحث عن كلمات تصف هذه المشاعر . لكن ليس من السهل أن نضع كل هذا الصخب الداخلي والضجيج العالي في قالب واحد جميل، وأن نقدمه للعالم بأجمل شكل ممكن، لكن تلك الرحلة بين الحرف والفكرة هي التي تجعل الكتابة ذات مغزى.

أكتب لأجد نفسي، لأفهم ذاك الصراع الصامت، لأضرخ في هدوء لأتزن وأتشارك معكم جزءًا من رحلتي في محاولة الوصول إلى معنى أعمق للحياة والإنسان.

To most people, the pen may seem like a simple tool, but in truth, it holds within it entire worlds of emotions and thoughts. Every time I write, I find myself journeying within, exploring corners of my soul I hadn’t realized existed. Writing isn’t just words on paper; it’s a reflection of inner conflicts, of all the moments we strive to understand and find meaning in.

Sometimes, thoughts come like waves, piling up and rushing through my mind without pause, and I find myself torn between expressing how I feel and searching for words to capture those emotions. But it isn’t easy to mold all this inner noise and overwhelming chaos into something beautiful, presenting it to the world in its finest form. Yet, it’s this journey between the letter and the thought that gives writing its true purpose.

I write to find myself, to understand that silent conflict, to scream quietly and regain balance, and to share with you a part of my journey as I search for a deeper meaning to life and humanity.
