الحرية بين الأوهام والواقع

غالبًا ما نتخيل الحرية كطائر يحلق عالياً في السماء، بلا قيود ولا حدود مفردا جناحيه في السماء الواسعة الممتدة . كنت دائما ما اقول عندما اكبر ساكون مثل ذلك الطائر، اصنع قراراتي واختار طرقي دون أي ضغوط أو التزامات وانا متاكدة تماما ان ذلك ما قلته انت ايضا لكن، هل هذا هو واقع الحرية؟ أم أننا نعيش في وهم جميل؟

 دغني اخبرك شيئا عزيزي ، الحرية الحقيقية ليست مجرد قدرة على الاختيار بين هذا او ذام ، وانما هي مسؤولية نتحملها تجاه أنفسنا وتجاه العالم من حولنا. هي أن نعرف حدودنا وندرك ما نحتاجه حقًا. هل نحن أحرار عندما نخضع لرغباتنا؟ عندما نلهث وراء تطلعات ليست حتى من صنعنا؟ أم أن الحرية تكمن في التوازن بين الرغبات والمسؤوليات؟

المفارقة هي أننا نحن من نضع القيود على أنفسنا أحيانًا، عبر الخوف من الفشل أو التعلق بما لا ينفع. الحرية ليست في الهروب من هذه القيود، بل في كسرها والتغلب عليها.

ربما الحرية ليست في أن نفعل ما نريد بلا حدود، بل أن نملك الشجاعة لنتخلى عما لا يضيف لروحنا. ربما تكون الحرية في التحرر من فكرة المثالية، من السعي لإرضاء الجميع، ومن عبودية المقارنات التي لا تنتهي.

 ومجددا الحرية ليست وهماً، لكنها أيضًا ليست بالبساطة التي نتخيلها. هي عمل مستمر، نكتشفه يومًا بعد يوم، بينما نحاول أن نعيش بصدق مع أنفسنا ومع الآخرين.

Freedom: Between Illusions and Reality

We often imagine freedom as a bird soaring high in the sky, its wings spread wide over an endless expanse, untethered by any boundaries. As a child, I used to say, “When I grow up, I’ll be just like that bird, making my own decisions and choosing my own path without any pressure or obligations.” I’m sure you’ve said the same thing at some point. But, is that what freedom truly is? Or are we living in a beautiful illusion?

Let me tell you something, dear reader ,real freedom isn’t just about the ability to choose between this or that. It’s about the responsibility we bear toward ourselves and the world around us. True freedom is knowing our limits and understanding what we truly need. Are we really free when we give in to our desires? When we chase ambitions that aren’t even ours to begin with? Or does freedom lie in the balance between desires and responsibilities?

The irony is that sometimes, we are the ones who chain ourselves , with the fear of failure or attachment to things that bring no value. Freedom is not about escaping these chains; it’s about breaking them and rising above.

Perhaps freedom isn’t about doing whatever we want without limits. Maybe it’s about having the courage to let go of what doesn’t nourish our soul. Perhaps it’s about freeing ourselves from the pursuit of perfection, the endless need to please everyone, and the slavery of constant comparisons.

And once again, freedom isn’t an illusion , but it isn’t as simple as we imagine, either. It’s a continuous effort, one we rediscover day by day, as we strive to live authentically with ourselves and others.
