الحرية 4 -المجتمع

 الجميع يراوده حلم واحد يسعى اليه كل الجهد الا وهو حرية المجتمع حيث نتصور مجتمعًا يزهر فيه الإبداع، وتُسمَع فيه الأصوات المتنوعة، وتُحترَم فيه الاختلافات. لكن، هل حرية المجتمع تعني غياب القوانين؟ أم أنها تكمن في وجود توازن بين الحقوق والواجبات؟ الاخذ والعطاء ؟ ام الترهيب والترغيب!!!!؟

 دعني اخبرك شيئا ، المجتمع الحر ليس ذاك الذي ينفصل فيه أفراده عن بعضهم وتسود فيه الفردانية فوق كل شيء ، حيث يسعى كل فرد لتحقيق مصالحه الشخصية فقط. بل هو ذاك المجتمع الذي يدرك أن الحرية الفردية لا تُبنى على حساب الجماعة وان مصلحة الفرد تنتهي عندما تدخل في دائرة مصلحة شخص اخر ، وأن قوة المجتمع تأتي من قدرة أفراده على التعايش بوعي واحترام كل داخل دائرته.

 السؤال هو ما الذي يقتل حرية المجتمع؟

 الاجابة وبكل بساطة التعصب، الذي يحول اختلاف الآراء إلى صراعات، والتسلط الذي يجعل حرية البعض طغيانًا على حرية الآخرين. وكذلك الجهل، الذي يجعل البعض يهاب التغيير ويرى في التنوع تهديدًا متقوقعا في قشرة يرفض الخروج منها حتى وان ادى ذلك الى خراب الديار له او لمن معه.

 حرية المجتمع ليست في غياب القوانين، بل في وجود قوانين عادلة تحمي الجميع يلتزم بها الكبير قبل الصغير ، لتحمي الضعيف قبل القوي. ليست في كسر الروابط، بل في بناء جسور التفاهم. حرية المجتمع الحقيقية تظهر فقط عندما يتمكن أفراده من التعبير عن آرائهم دون خوف، وعندما تُحترم حقوق الأقلية بقدر حقوق الأغلبية.الحرية ليست بالشيء السهل ، فهي مسؤولية او مجرد شعار يُرفع. بل مسؤولية أن نفهم حدودنا كأفراد، وأن نُدرك أن الحرية التي نطالب بها لأنفسنا هي ذاتها التي يجب أن نحترمها لدى الآخرين.

ربما يكمن سر الحرية الحقيقية للمجتمع في قدرة أفراده على رؤية الحرية كمسؤولية مشتركة، تُبنى يومًا بعد يوم، على أسس من العدل والاحترام. مجتمع كهذا لا يخاف الاختلاف، بل يحتضنه كدليل على قوته ووعيه.

The Dream of a Free Society

Everyone shares a common dream, striving tirelessly toward it, the freedom of society. We envision a community where creativity thrives, diverse voices are heard, and differences are respected. But does the freedom of society mean the absence of laws? Or does it lie in the balance between rights and responsibilities? In the harmony of give and take? Or perhaps in a mixture of deterrence and encouragement?

Let me tell you something: A free society is not one where individuals are isolated from one another, ruled by unchecked individualism, where each person pursues their own interests at any cost. Instead, it is a society that understands that individual freedom cannot come at the expense of the collective. One where the rights of the individual end when they infringe upon the rights of another, and the strength of the community lies in its ability to coexist with awareness and mutual respect.

So, what kills the freedom of society?

The answer is simple: bigotry, which turns differences in opinion into conflicts; tyranny, where some people's freedom becomes domination over others; and ignorance, which makes some fear change and view diversity as a threat. This fear causes them to retreat into a shell, refusing to emerge even if it leads to ruin for themselves and those around them.

The freedom of society does not lie in the absence of laws but in the presence of just laws that protect everyone, laws that the powerful and the weak, the young and the old, all abide by. Freedom is not about breaking bonds but about building bridges of understanding. True freedom emerges only when individuals can express their opinions without fear and when the rights of minorities are respected as much as those of the majority.

Freedom is not easy , it is a responsibility, not merely a banner to be raised. It requires understanding our limits as individuals and realizing that the freedom we demand for ourselves must be the same freedom we respect in others.

Perhaps the secret of true societal freedom lies in the collective recognition of freedom as a shared responsibility, built day by day on the foundations of justice and respect. A society like this does not fear differences but embraces them as a testament to its strength and awareness.

So, are we truly free in our society?
