 ! Actions Speak Louder Than the Self

Ella is writing.......

They say the eyes are the mirror of the soul—but I’ve always believed it is our actions that betray us first.

Not the words we carefully choose. Not the promises we make in the light,but those quiet gestures, spontaneous choices, the ways we love, the ways we leave, the way we stay silent when speaking might cost us something.

In every movement we make, there is a whisper from the core of who we are.

Our beliefs may be wrapped in poetry and eloquence, that for sure but our actions are raw, unscripted, and painfully honest.

 Now here is the question is , Do we preach compassion and practice cruelty? Do we talk of dreams yet feed our fears with every decision?

There lies the paradox: you cannot act outside of what you truly believe..not for long, eventually, your truths will find their way to the surface, no matter how many masks you wear.

I’ve learned that to understand someone deeply, watch them, not when they’re being watched, but when they believe no one sees.

There, in the shadows, lies the real manuscript of a person.

And perhaps this is what terrifies us most;not the judgment of others, but the clarity of our own reflection in the mirror of our choices.

And So the question becomes not “Who am I?” instead

What do my actions reveal that I refuse to admit?
